Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Macclesfield (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £46,000 per annum + pro-rata benefits

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time or Part-Time: 4 days/week)

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a dynamic hybrid role that offers the perfect mix of high-profile client work and remote flexibility?

We are seeking a dedicated OHA to join a prestigious team supporting a major corporate contract in Macclesfield. This position balances hands-on clinical delivery with flexible remote case management, supported by an industry-leading commitment to your ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite Excellence (3 days/week): Deliver face-to-face and remote case management, health surveillance, and fitness-for-work assessments at a premier client site in Macclesfield.

  • Remote Focus (1–2 days/week): Manage remote case loads for a varied portfolio of clients.

  • Holistic Health Advice: Conduct workplace assessments, report on health risks, and advise employees on both physical and mental well-being to maintain the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Bring

  • Registration: Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).

  • Experience: Proven background as an Occupational Health Advisor with recent experience in health surveillance and case management.

  • Mobility: Ability to travel to the Macclesfield site on a weekly basis.

  • Desirable Skills: Training in HAVS, Audiometry, and Spirometry (preferred, but not essential).

  • Work Authorisation: Right to live and work in the UK is required.
